Air Filled Stroller Tires

I was chatting to a Mom about a stroller she was using that had air filled tires. She told me that they did a lot of off-road walking, which was the reason for buying air filled tires. One problem they had experienced was a number of punctures, probably due to the large number of hawthorn and sloe bushes we have in the area. She suggested that everyone should carry a puncture kit when off-road as any sharp object could pierce the rubber.
